I don't have a dog in this particular race, but as far as a lawsuit, its not libel or slander if its true and you can prove it.

I'm currently in my sophomore year at Francis College of Engineering / UMass Lowell.As you can see, I've been in the rat race for quite some time now, and still pushing forward.

is this a gift horse or a disaster waiting to happen?

We are working parents of 3 beautiful girls looking to get out of the 9-5 rat race (especially me -Josh).Been interested in REI for years, ever since my landlord in college told me how I was paying her mortgage by renting out half her house, and how her other handful of rentals paid all her bills and allowed to do whatever she wanted - which was live half the year in France, and half in upstate NY.Now we are finally getting serious.  

Basically just getting deeper in the "rat race".

Remember that RE is not a race, it's a get rich slow scheme.

I decided to exit the rat race for good and venture into the unknown.

If I was just getting started and trying to exit the rat race with cash-flow, I would not accomplish this with SF in my market.
