Nashville proper isn't really a rental market at the moment.

Does anyone know of banks with good offers at the moment?

@Chris Lemons I have a 3 unit in Albany, NY and I manage it myself right now and looking to grow my portfolio so if you do consider selling I'd love to hear about it and take a look as well since we're both local (at the moment).

Hard to come by obviously but they are out there :)Our group passed on a senior living facility last year when it was worth about $13m due to our capital being tied up at that moment, fast forward to today and it is now cash flowing 15% per year and worth about $20m or so due to the new owners optimizing the property as we likely would have.

I did attend a REI meetup where other investors said the Charlotte market was pretty tough at the moment.

I’m aware that there may be other liens on the property that I am unaware of at the moment.

You should be able to know within a few moments after looking at a listing if it's a reasonable deal or not.
