And the bank is still only borrowing at 80% LTV; there's a higher chance now that i get that refi because the amount i'm requesting would probably be closer to that 80% then the appraised value of the house right?.

I've requesting zoning codes for this area plus I will be speaking to my lender tomorrow to see what kind of deal I can offer.

Nothing has changed on my account and the letter I received approving my request just stated that my new rate was 0% at least until my tour is up which in that case I will email new orders until I retire.

Clauses about maintenance and repair, the responsibility of the tenant to notify you in a timely manner when something stops working or is in need of repair, how you will handle requests, who is responsible for the cost, etc... are key.This is a great opportunity to do a maintenance inspection.
