Positive tenant experiences?...Anyone care to share ?:)

So many negative landlord -tenant posts and stories.I understand... I have had my share as a landlady. I did want to share this one though on amazing tenants. So, I am putting this SFH on the market due to personal reasons and was stressing and wondering how the tenants would react... 2.5 months left on the lease and they moved in 3.5 months ago.. I was amazed! They did not give me a hard time because, " Ms. Christine, " you have been kind, professional and treated us well." Win -win... they will co-operate and I will do my best to help them move forward. Treat your tenants well and the decent ones will reciprocate??

My tenant MsC..stayed 5 years, requested minor upgrades at her expense, paid timely, left the place immaculate and gave a great referral..... After she closed on her new home, invited me over...During the mortgage crisis she lost her 1st home, but picked herself up and used her VA loan to get a new home!!!...
