The most obvious work around solution would be to cover it with a bed or build a removal box around it to "hide" it.

You'll have to think outside the box and get creative to make these deals happen, but you still can!

He seems vindictive and this is probably a great reason why landlords use P.O boxes and never let tenants know about their personal life. :) lord carefully

This project has walls framed, wires ran to the outlets/boxes but no insulation, drywall, paint/texture, trim or flooring.

I get the basics but I think I'm looking for the outside the box response maybe-or maybe some further discussion/your personal approach at it...
