New Investor South Florida

Hello, my name is Manny I am a new investor in South Florida and looking to gain some knowledge before I do my first deal. I have bought two properties but this will be my first investment deal. I am looking for ways to meet real estate agents and legitimate wholesalers in the South Broward Area that can help me find off market deals. Pre-Forclosure, Forclosures, Short Sales, REO's.

Thank You

Manny

Hey Manny welcome to BP here's a quick piece of advice:

Be VERY cautious of local "wholesalers" around here they are a dime a dozen and 95% of them don't actually have the deals under contract and they are not direct to the seller. Most of these wholesalers in the area work together to market each others deals and they all add a little profit on top so you really gotta get straight to the source.

Oh and another thing, they are all NOTORIOUS for underestimating rehab costs and overestimating the ARV.
