Looking to get some interest rate estimates on an under 100k$ SFH rental in Rock Island- anyone have any favorite lenders that they’d suggest?

Typically those banks aren't my favorite though, even in Canada so hopefully some other options!

It was a major mistake for the FHA to show favoritism in preventing landlords from charging fees.

I would add turnover (costs and how to mitigate), a step by step eviction process for your county so a landlord is confident enough to do it him/herself without a lawyer, accounting basics and how to maximize deductions, and I would recommend building in large time slot for Q&A
