Electrical contractor for Indianapolis 16 unit rehab

My partners and I are seeking mid-sized electrical contractors for a 16-unit building we're rehabbing this winter. Must have solid references, licenses, and applicable project history. Scope will include separate meters (assume 16), new 60 amp panel with 60 amp disconnects, rewire all units and removed old K&T wire, replace all old switches and receptacles, install exits and emergency lights in corridors per code (assume three).

Please DM me with interest or I'd you're an investor and wish to recommend your favorite contractor, DM or reply.

Thanks
