BP Team, I've had an Alaska cabin project I have been working on for years that I finally decided to get er done.

Our market is challenging, deals are not easy to find, but having all of the right resources is everything which includes the ability to estimate true construction costs or a member on your team that can.

Furthermore, understanding the person that you want to serve will help you determine the best location of the property within a submarket and even help you to determine the most appropriate team members. 

I am asking how an experienced investor would follow up because I do not believe this property can be put under contract for a wholesale.Unfortunately I do not have the funds to fund myself a deal due to low income and putting any savings I had into starting this journey (possible mistake).

@Joseph Cornwell Thank you for your inputs,I agree with your analysis.My investment strategy is value add apartment building (15~20 units) in neighborhood B/C,I know east side high levelly better than west side,but I am open to west side as well as long as I can find good deals and team.So right now I just deeper my understanding of the west side of Cincinnati market,hope I can identify decent area and deals/teams to match my target.
