Will a disclosure hold up in court?

Full disclosure: I’m a bookkeeper and do not use property managers (I self manage). 

A title company will handle closing and required disclosures, contracts, etc.

Other brokers will just require you to be extremely transparent with all parties involved about what it is that you are doing and there may be additional disclosures you need to get signed.

Unfortunately for you (I am in this same boat) you are in Texas which is a non disclosure state.
