Chicago 2017 Lease and Disclosures

The 2017 Chicago lease is available.  If you are a landlord in Chicago, even if you are exempt from the RLTO, you should be using this lease to be compliant with the RLTO.  I also uploaded the necessary LBP and Radon Disclosures.  https://www.biggerpockets.com/files/user/chicagobr...
