Second, if someone really wants to be successful at flipping houses, THEY must eventually be able to do this themselves without help from someone else.I disagree with you here...I know several flippers who really do not "know how to do much" but they have skilled and trustworthy people around them.

As long as they can be very inclusive, like beginning to end teach you a particular skill and take all of the guesswork out of whatever the subject matter is.
