I'm glad to have found this forum and look forward to learning a great deal, as well as possibly contributing to these helpful discussions.

As a principal, full-time real estate investor and owner of Alternative Funding, LLC we see our role in this business as facilitaters.

We facilitate the buying and selling of real estate, both residential and commercial in several ways. We bring to the table creative problem solving ideas, and then provide either private funding or "flexible" financing options, especially for the more difficult-to-complete transactions.

It is all about solving client's problems by not limiting the deal to conventional or traditional ways of thinking. If we can put forth an alternative "workable" solution that meets the need of all parties and takes it to closing then we call that a true win-win-win outcome. This has worked well for us for nearly 15 years.

Our direct lenders have an investor "mindset" and understand the difficulties of today's market and look for reasons to do a deal rather than automatically say "no".
