Brett,  Thank you so much for taking the time to write me back  it does suck being the new person and trying to learn everything so quickly which I know take time and years of experience  I honestly really just need to find a mentor or some type of coaching to help me and guide me through the process of getting the ball rolling.  

Many investors will tell you that you need a coach and that you may lose much more than the investment amount you may lay out now. 

If you don't know a process, hire a coach or partner with someone who does know.

Has anybody been through the paid coaching sessions with VIP Financial Ed?

Most that I have seen are more like coaching programs where you are asked to put a good chunk of money down and pay a monthly fee.

Hopefully I can meet a mentor in my area who could coach me to obtain my goals and possible work under them to learn the ropes of real estate. 

Have a good strategy and find a good coach who can give you advice and find your niche market.

Once you have a focus, know where you are headed and have a bit of experience, coaching may be a viable option - but you will get more bang for your buck if you are narrowly focused going in.For now, start networking with local REI groups ....

I've taken the 6 week course with Andrew Holmes (2/5/7) as well as studied numerous other courses with Laura Al Amery, Rick Dawson, Coach Mitchell, Shawn Buige, Joanne Musa & Larry Goins.
