Hey guys,

I hate saying im a "newbie" but thats the truth. Couple general questions I have is where can i get the wholesaling contracts and obvisously before i use them i must have an attorney check them over. Im pretty familiar about how the process works just want to get some input on where people stumble in the beginning whether it be the contract being wrong or how do we verify if a cash buyer is legit. Theres so many questions i have. Thanks again!

Hi @Elliot Glassman

Welcome to BP! When I was starting out I went to my local REIA and met some investors and asked if they'd be open to sharing their contracts as it's important to get ones used in your state and not another and yes still get them checked by an attorney as the safe far outways the sorry here. All the best!
