I do plan to make a trip sometime at the end of the month however.

If I didn't have a full time day job I'd make the trip up and go talk to her in person.

We just found a furnished pool home near Disney for an investor we work with who lives in another Country.We introduced him to a very good property management Company and they kkeep the property maintained and rented.Now, instead of coming here and paying to stay in a hotel, he can bring his family, write it off as a business trip, enjoy Florida, the pool, and the "free" place to stay.What I would suggest for you is to "House Hack".
