From Boston, MA and I am moving to Florida at the end of summer because of work. I will be in the same area for a year and after that a move within the state is likely. I am torn as to whether I should just rent for that time or purchase my first home and hold on to as a rental property? or try to sell if I do indeed move again after a years time. Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
