Not sure about NJ, but MD has specific rules governing what qualifies as a RE Assistant, and what tasks they're allowed to perform.

This technique is proving to be a valuable tool to use and I plan on making the task even larger in the coming days.

I have called some who advertise themselves as “real estate lawyers” but they state that my task is outside of their scope of work.

There are a number of them that are not professional about the task.

For me, it's the adventure of something new.
