Hello,

I'm fascinated with the journey of making money, especially through developing passive income sources. While the money itself is great, I enjoy the work that leads up to it most. This fascination led me to real estate investing, as I love the work that goes into determining profitable deals.

I joined this forum to learn more about all aspects of real estate investing, as I am very new (purchased first 2 properties in 2015). Currently only have experience in owning rental properties, but am very intrigued by flipping. I someday hope to become a full-time investor through rental properties and flipping.

@Brad L. Not sure if you need a great agent that understands REO, Flipping, Investing in all areas. Mark Balaban with First Anderson, use to work with me, at my brokerage, He's your guy, tell him I sent you, he will probably give you some snide comment or a dirty look, but he is a straight shooter.
