Hi Everyone,

My husband and I currently have one rental property but are looking to buy more and also get into flipping. I'd love to connect with others in the area. I'm also in the process of getting my Realtor's license and would like to connect with anyone needing those services.

Im not in your area, but you are off to a good start on BP, also check out local REIA groups and meet up groups. Find the networks that already exist and plug into them. No need to reinvent the wheel
