You noticed their vacant home and would like to speak to them when they are ready to sell.

I noticed while on my way to work about a couple weeks ago or so, I came across two homes that are for sale by owner.

In fact, they are so busy talking they won't even notice you are an introvert.

My thoughts right now are to follow through with 3 day notice, and eviction process now anyways, and if they leave as promised, then drop the case.
