Since buying my first rental two years ago, I’ve gotten comfortable with managing and DIY repairs, although I know when to hire a professional (can you say sewer snake?).

My advice... find a top flipper/landlord in your area and split deals with them 50/50 to learn the ropes.If your stuck in DIY (do it yourself) mindset, you'll go no where in real estate investing.
