I'm 30 years old and I live in north east Florida. I worked for a local family for a number of years and one thing that they dabbled in was real estate investing. I accompanied them to the local tax deed sales, I posted the ads for the renovations on all of the property they own and I use to work for a mortgage servicing company (not too long but long enough to develop commitment issues lol).

I've read all types of books, purchased different programs, seminars, the whole kit-n-kaboodle, but now, I'm ready to get my feet wet.

My brother and I share this same aspiration to become self employed and financially well-off by way of real estate investing and he told me about this website.

So I'm here to learn, get advice, get out of my comfort zone and become successful!
