The cabinets took a little longer to install because you have to assemble them but if anything gets damaged I can just replace the small peice of the cabinet and not the whole thing like most pre-made ones.

We installed one with a larger trap and a lower water use for the water use issue.

How old are the counter tops, and did you have them installed?

I think they are great and do their job when installed correctly.  

But even if not required both vents are worth your while to install.

the home is well insulated, all rooms have sealed doors, window plastic wraps are acceptable...im pricing out having baseboard heating installed in the common area (kitchen and bathroom). 

I am installing 230 sqft of a 990 sqft apt tomorrow.  

I've used Lowes for flooring installs 3 times and have been very happy.
