I highly suggest that you take a look at - The Ultimate Beginner’s Guide to Real Estate Wholesaling.

As a beginner, it can be hard to be proactive.

Secondly, I would highly recommend stepping through the steps and creating a business plan using the Ultimate Beginner's Guide.
