Returns are a little less but risk is far less for the beginner or one who does not have the time and or really does not want to end up owning the asset like what will happen with NPN many many times.Hopefully that helps U a little and if you want to hit me off line I can help you some more with your understanding and My mom still lives in Napa so I am there every quarter.
