Newbie intro, interested in learning a lot

Hello, I am Daniel and currently live in Cape May, NJ. I am new to real estate investing and am here hoping to gather knowledge. I am currently active duty and do not plan to begin purchasing for awhile, but figured it wouldn't hurt to start learning now. Thank you for any advice you provide and I look forward to spending more time reading in the forums.
