Hi everyone,Is pay or quite notice via email admissible in court?

Most of my clients do not have the time (nor do I) or desire to meet in person for something that can be handled in a few short minutes via phone or email. 

So my primary question would be: is there a particular avenue to establish the seller financing or is it all done via lawyers?

You don't need to create the disability accommodations but you need to be reasonable with the requester  (e.g. she builds them she has to return to the original condition).Local fire codes will also tell you if the stairs are within boundaries (usually 4-7" on the rise and 11" on the run). 

I’m a natural people pleaser but I also do have boundaries.

In the very unlikely event no one does, I can recommend a few.For lenders, I think it’s usually more networking with other investors, agents, attorneys, etc. as these days they don’t need to seek out business here on BP, they have a lot of folks coming to them via referrals.
