Raising Funds via crowdsourcing
I currently own several rental properties. Single family homes, multifamily and commercial. I looked into some senior living properties previously and using advice from this forum decided against it. I now have the opportunity to purchase a much larger project that would include a substantial renovation. I have a partner currently but would need to raise additional funds. We have looked at sites like Fundrise and EquityMultiple. Have any of you used any sites like these to raise funds? Pros? Cons? Look forward to hearing your feedback.
