@Erik Lee besides posting here on BP to meet other investors, I'd also recommend attending a networking group such as the RI real estate investors group in RI or the Black Diamond REI group in southern Massachusetts.

There are several active real estate agents in our area here on BP and I’d expect some to reply to your post or contact you directly. In the very unlikely event no one does, I can recommend a few.

For lenders, I think it’s usually more networking with other investors, agents, attorneys, etc. as these days they don’t need to seek out business here on BP, they have a lot of folks coming to them via referrals.
