Hello,So there are 2 main ways to do real estate business fix and flip and rent it out.If i invest 100k in ETF i will probably get 160k in 5 years.As for real estate if i invest in 4 homes paying the downpayment of 25k for each home and if the value of each 100k property grew to 125k i would have double my investment a little better then with the ETF`s.I would need to know besides not finding tenants what other things could go wrong some examples of why it is so risky.
