I have heard that this weakens the clay pipes each time it is done, so you may want to just have it done when there seems to be a problem developing (toilets flushing slowly or stopping up). 3.

In short, this means anytime your tenant wants a lightbulb replaced or a toilet unclogged, they pay you $25 or $50 or whatever you feel will DETER them from calling you to handle something they should be handling themselves.
