Over the past 2 years service has really deteriorated and I have become more frustrated.

Not a popular conversation agents will have with their clients, but being as transparent as possible that's what I've reflected my frustrations to be.

@Amy TaylorBeing a landlord can be frustrating but you allowed this to happen by not enforcing your lease .

I know of few other fields where extensive deep knowledge of the subject area, vast experience, and specific analytical ability as well as negotiating skill is so deeply rewarded, and where the lack of above is frustratingly punished.

That being said, I understand the frustrations of having your rent raised and certainly empathize with folks that are in that boat.
