Property Management Greensboro

I have been a long time browser of the BP forum but have never posted. I currently need some help. I have properties in Greensboro NC that have been with the same property management company for 8 years.  Over the past 2 years service has really deteriorated and I have become more frustrated.  So my questions are:  1.  Does anyone have a  property management company in the Triad of NC that they would recommend?

 2.  I know I have a contract with my current PMC but with documentation of problems can I get out of the contract?
3.  How does the process of changing PMC work?
Thanks from an extremely frustrated owner.
