I actually put her together with a guest from Boise to find them a new place.

There are LOTS of options to weigh out, pros and cons lists to make.This is actually just a means to an end, however because I have an idea of a STR PMC that consults with apartment investors and owners. 

So I agree with both @John Underwood and @Sarah Kensinger.If it is actually legal, you would have to get it all furnished and ready to rent.

I'm actually in Boise and our team is pretty well networked in this area.

Shop when you can actually lock. 

I also do a meetup every Thursday but we are currently doing it virtually and we actually contact agents that have properties for sale so it's an 'active lead gen' type of meet up. 

If you're using Assets Under Management in your marketing materials (websites, social media, etc.) the number had better represent actual money/property under YOUR COMPANY'S active management.
