Recommended Lenders in North Carolina

Hello fellow investors, agents, brokers, and lenders,

I am looking for recommendations on reputable lenders in NC. Since I am self-employed, I will likely be looking at hard money lenders (HMLs), non-QM lenders (bank statement loans, DSCR loans, and small, local, regional banks and credit unions. Of course, in the case of a short term hard money loan, I will still need a lender that I'll be able to refinance with. I see some HMLs offer long term loans to refinance into but plenty do not. I'm interested in value add properties, so lenders that also fund rehab are important to me. Plus, I'm looking into STRs and MTRs, so lenders that have experience with and options for those types of properties are also ideal.

If anyone has any advice on what to look for in these types of lenders or any red flags to be on the watch for, feel free to comment below as well.

I look forward to hearing from everyone.

Thanks!
