For the first time in my life my income will no longer depend on my day job, currently as a software engineer.

@Russell BrazilYa these definitely seem like they would take a lot longer where you need to potentially notify butters, and get sign offs from all the different departments.With that being said, engineers, and attorneys would need to be involved which will create expenses for the wholesaler I imagine. 

I would consider engineered hardwood as well.

At minimum you will need to get a geotechnical engineer to look at your souls, an environmental engineer to perform a phase one assessment and a civil engineer to prepare a site plane.

The best way to properly apply MACRS is an engineered cost segregation study per IRS guidelines.

While in general, coverage is designed in the likes of a honeycomb, the height of the tower, engineered capacity, real estate zoning restrictions,  user demands, and obstruction will play a big part in cellular site saturation.

Due to my background in engineering I could produce plan and elevation drawings myself.
