I am interested in engaging a virtual assistant to help create and email me monthly and annual financial reports on my properties, which currently consist of three SFR's and one parking lot (leased out NNN).I would like someone who is already knowledgeable in how to set up and create real estate investment financial reports, including key metrics that also reflect the applicable mortgage.  

Focus on building a system - there are 2 things a system can give you. a) it gives you consistent and persistent results. b) it frees you up because the system runs with or without you.

I have absolutely no practical experience in REI.

Education also lets you practice soft skills in an environment without major consequences for mistakes.Plus Freshman year was the most fun I've ever had in my entire life.  

I am completely new to real estate and my experience so far consists of reading  the book Millionaire Real Estate Investor, attending a couple of REIA meetings, and listening to the BP Podcasts (which are absolutely great!).  

I'd like to go big or go home and jump right in with commercial property (apartment complex, etc) but without having "Big" knowledge, I've decided to go in small until I build up some best practices and equity/experience and then work my way up the right way.  

I am hoping to find someone that has good results in renting quickly and maintaining consistently.
