Hello all! My name is John Smithdeal. I'm a financial adviser from Richmond, VA.

Single; no kids; never married; enjoys long walks on the beach.... am I doing this right?

I have absolutely no practical experience in REI. I've read a few books, years ago, but that's about it. I've wanted to get into REI for many years but never took any tangible steps in that direction. I stumbled upon this site after searching various real estate topics.

I am very excited to learn all I can about flipping houses but am definitely open to learning about all kinds of investing. I think this site is going to prove to be the best place to start and I'm thankful I found you ALL!
