I want to know how much it might cost to turn my garage next to 36 NE 53rd (https://goo.gl/maps/cvK4A1FwtrF2) into an AirBnB apartment equiped with video cameras & cloud locking system so it can be managed remotely.If you know an affordable contractor that can accomplish this, let me know.

The best advice I can give is go to the free events hosted by BPers, listen to all of the podcasts, and shadow someone as they buy a property.

It's only a few hundred bucks depending on how big the property is so I'd ask seller to handle it.Bed Bugs can survive without a host for 14 to 16 months depending upon what study you look at.

An attorney is going to find a cloud in the title that takes an extra day to clean up.

Sellers often hire a auction company, which advertises the property for sale and typically hosts maybe one open house to show off the home.
