Newbie from San Jose Ca

Hello everyone! My name is Robert Basquin. I live in San Jose, Ca. I manage in Hospitality in Monterey, Ca. I am new to this whole real estate investing. I am really interested in the buy and hold investment strategy. My goal is to own 2 cash flowing rental properties within the next 12 months. Ideally I would like to work on being financially free within the next 5 years so I can focus more time and energy on building up my portfolio. I learned about biggerpockets.com through the Bigger Pockets podcast. I definitely like the idea of meeting new like minded people and would love to try and network with others.
