I am a recent College grad that is highly interested in creating multiple streams of revenue aside from just my day job - and I view real estate investing as a premier option to do so. I don't have any experience in real estate investing but want to get started soon! 

Any advice for someone new to the real estate investing game will be much appreciated and graciously accepted.
