Hello Bigger Pockets community!

My name is Vincent. I am a 19 year old high school graduate, Eagle scout, & black belt, who is trying to break into the real estate investing world. I decided before I graduated high school that I was going to take at least a year from going directly into college. I wanted to see if there were any better options out there, than sinking into student loan debt. Currently I have no debt and am extremely motivated to start investing. I know that I have a lot of learning to do, and am hoping a community like this can help me get to where I need to be. Feel free to message me, my hunger for knowledge is strong.

Thanks for your time!

Sincerely,

Vincent

Hey Vincent,

A great way to start is to educate yourself and a great way is what Marlong Fong said. There is also a free book on here called The Ultimate Beginners Guide to Real Estate Investing .Also if you plan on investing in Boston check out the first time homebuying class. I went with the Boston home center. They were easy to work with and the city is looking to give funds away.I got into a triple decker with a little money down and the Boston Home Center took care of the rest.
