I am a HUGE fan of music in general.

Rest just needs cleaned up, even has upgraded light switches, lighting, fans, siding, etc.

I know a lot of people aren't big fans of long distance investments for newbies like myself but the market's kind of tough locally.I'm hoping to get into buy and hold investments or BRRRR with a friend but am still figuring out the nuances of going an LLC route or some other sort of agreement and the effects it would have on financing.

(I DO have an emotional attachment to the house and to Austin, I always looked at it as my escape hatch if the sh*t hit the fan, but I think the property taxes have priced me out of that too.)
