Starter Resources for MF Units

Morning,

I have been on BP for several months but this is my first post.  I have 1 SF home but am interested in looking into MF units. 

Can someone direct me to a good resource on how to get started evaluating MF units?  I listen to LFU frequently (I'm not a LFU member) and am very interested in MF units but I have absolutely no clue how to start this process.

Any input would be appreciated.
