There was some maintenance work at this unit as well : $60 in materials, and $175 in labor (2 trips - tub hardware issue, tub clog, and closet door).

I think I will set aside $5-10k a year to mess around in the stock market.. kind of like a Vegas trip ;)

I probably go on two trips a year from stupid reward program time wasting activities.

We have sacrificed pleasures large and small (snickers to kicks, trips to flicks), in order to achieve a better future, through a better society; a better world as a result.  

I won't have more than a few hours on this first initial trip down there so I would like to focus my pre-trip research into one or two areas.
