MEMPHIS & CLARKSVILLE / TN?

Hi Everyone,

I am brand new here and looking to get into cash flow property investing.  I was recommended to look into the markets of Memphis, TN & Clarksville.   Can anyone recommend a property management company in these areas?   Are these good areas?  Doing as much research as possible and planning to head out there next week.  Any recommendations would be amazing!  Also, thoughts on MarshallReddick?  Are they trust worthy?

Thanks!
