The power to be able to ask questions to different investors in different markets around your area that are utilizing different strategies is absolutely key, and when the time comes and you need contractors or other members of your team in other areas, you will be able to leverage those relationships to find great people, as well as doing the same for the people you meet.

We went to see the Rolling Stones play, but the entire area our hotel was in had a loss of power. 

I grew up with parents that invested in a few rehabs back in the day, and looking to get into this same thing myself.I'm a software engineer so I'm more on the analytical side, but my hope is to get some traction in the rehab side of things and scale up from there.

I wanted to share this because although obvious to some, I didn't realize the power of a portfolio loan and the liberty it can give for your own personal credit score.

If you are simply looking to run power and plumbing to a location in the basement that doesnt have it in order to set yourself up for washer / dryer in a new location, it shouldn't be mad money-- but there are many variables.

Lawn maintenance and clean up, landscaping, fencing, screen repair, power washing patios and driveways, tree trimming.

Asking questions can be powerful, especially open-ended questions because it gives them an opportunity to elaborate and not just say yes or no.
