Hi all, my name is Misty and I am looking to get started in out of state Real Estate investing and these are the markets that I am interested in: North/South Carolina, Georgia and Florida. If you have any recommendations in these states I would love to hear them. Looking forward to your feedback and to make some lasting connections.

@Misty Syts

If you have any questions about the Wilmington market, I would be happy to help. Deals right now can be hard to come by as in many places but depending on what you’re for, they are still out there. It can just be very competitive. Good luck with getting started!
