First time was in the finished basement bathroom of a split level house that already had a nice tub with tile surround on the main floor, so we figured the buyers would like a walk in shower as well (great for elderly or disabled people or washing pets).

I think I'm just going to power wash it, change the shutters and garage door, and add some shrubs.  

I have one rental in a A- area 8 yrs left on the mortgage and it's a wash w payment and rent.

4 mattress beds in the crawlspace. we called it the whorehouse.about 10 lights down there; we called it the mary jane house.they took a small closet upstairs and made it into a full bath. you had to turn sideways to get in between the pedastal & the jacuzzi tub. the toilet was facing the sink (you couldn't sit on the pot if it faced the tub). it was all very nicely done but there was minimal clearance in there.you could clean your hands & wash you butt @ the same time.

Was he advertising his property for sale at a certain price and you offered him 65% of his price and he indicated he was not interested in your offer?

He went the next 6 months with no deal, but boy was he learning his market.

Hopefully one day these guys will wash the slime off and actually start investing...
