Hey guys

So got off the phone with a person that was absolutely not interested in selling his property, do I remove him off the list? What do you guys do to the unmotivated sellers on your list?

Wayne: I suggest moving away from stating anything negative about your offer. Why state that your offer isn't the best?

Why not say "My offer is the highest and best I can do today. But things change. Please feel free to contact me if my offer will work for you in the future. Or if you get an offer from another buyer and want to see if I can do better. I'd be happy to hear from you anytime."

There's almost 15 years of rejected offer response practice in that paragraph. Take it for what it's worth. :)
